ITGA2（Integrin Subunit Alpha 2，又称 CD49b / GPIa / VLA-2α）编码整合素α2亚基，与β1（ITGB1）形成异源二聚体 α2β1 整合素（VLA-2），主要介导细胞与Ⅰ/Ⅳ型胶原及层粘连蛋白的黏附，参与血小板聚集活化、肿瘤细胞侵袭转移、伤口愈合及造血干/祖细胞（小鼠造血干祖细胞表面标志 DX5 即 CD49b）的归巢。
