| CD131（CSF2RB）是IL-3、IL-5和GM-CSF三种细胞因子受体的共同信号传导亚基（β链）。它不能直接结合配体，但能与各细胞因子特异的α链（如IL-3Rα/CD123）结合，形成高亲和力受体复合物，启动下游信号通路。这一复合体在调控造血干细胞增殖、髓系细胞分化及免疫应答中发挥关键作用，其基因缺陷与肺泡蛋白沉积症等疾病相关。 | |
